We collected baseline end-use information for commercial buildings in Entergy’s service area.  We installed monitoring equipment at various types of commercial buildings throughout Entergy’s service area and collected end-use data from these buildings over the period of a year.  End uses we monitored included space heating, air conditioning, and lighting, as well as end uses important in particular types of buildings (e.g., refrigeration in grocery stores).
