For FirstEnergy, we are conducting evaluations of the full portfolios of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional energy efficiency and demand response programs that are being offered in 2010-2020 by four of its operating companies in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. ADM has also conducted planning, measurement and verification associated with over 500 MW of offers associated with the Pennsylvania portfolios to PJM’s forward capacity market.
