Ms. Shen has supported survey development, analysis of large data sets and the development of deemed savings in both residential and non-residential sectors. For instance, Ms. Shen managed evaluation of the portfolio of programs, including desk reviews, surveys, site work and custom analyzes using IPMVP Options A, B, and C. Under this scope of work, she developed new site verification processes for field engineers performing steam trap verification. Additionally, Ms. Shen managed Entergy Louisiana Annual QuickStart program evaluation for the first four years of initiative. She led the development of a lighting calculator for Louisiana territories following Arkansas TRM protocols and deemed savings values. She also performed site verification for commercial and residential programs and developed onsite verification rates to savings analysis. Ms. Shen earned her B.A. in Environmental Science at University of California, Berkeley and M.S. in Environmental Engineering at University of Southern California.
